NEW MUSIC

Smashing Pumpkins new album 'Aghori Mhori Mei' is probably their best album this century. I'm very happy that Corgan dropped the hardcore synth and finally deliver a heavy guitar driven album with Chamberlin pounding the hell out of the drums. Only listened a couple of times....but early impressions are that there is no filler. '999' is my favorite song on early impressions. But 'Goeth The Fall', 'Sicarus', and 'Sighommi' are right up there too.

Sighommi was chosen as the first single. Can't really argue with that.

Pretty easy to tell from Weathervanes that This Ain't It would quickly be a live anthem for Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit. Here it is from a few days ago joined by a Seattle local and the lead guitar player of Mad Season, Mike McCready.
Newer version of a new song from 2023 with the old choppers from the upcoming Live from the Ryman Vol 2 release.

This Ain't It

I checked this out after a heads up from Dan Patrick and Seton on their radio/tv show by an artist I have never heard of, Stephen Wilson Jr.

I sense it will be a big hit.

I'm a Song

FOX had this tune, from Durry who hails from Lakeville, playing as an outtake during this week's Ohio-Michigan game.

Got around to hearing the final album by 'Brad' (alt/grunge rock band). This song in particular....rules.

But it's a very good album all around.
