Surprised when they lost to Rhode Island?
Well they are trying to get on Michigan's level now.

They follow up a home loss against Creighton on Sunday with a loss tonight at the hands of.....Incarnate Word. The same Incarnate Word team who recently got blown out by UTEP.

What is going on around the B1G? Indiana, Michigan, Nebraska. Who's next?

As long as it's not us, I don't care!

In all seriousness...this is bad for the Big 10, gotta root for them during NC season to build a strong conference and get a lot of bids to the tourney.

Pitchford has played poorly for them this year. He is averaging 5ppg on 29% shooting. Shields and Pettaway are the only consistent scorerers, and Pettaway hasn't been the most efficient player so far this season. They are also without leslee smith, who was a solid player on both sides of the ball for them.

Agreed. I guess the good news for Miles is that Pettaway is less likely to declare for the draft this season if he has a noticeably poorer year than last season. Miles has a couple of highly rated recruits coming in next year. Like Michigan, Nebraska just doesn't have anyone inside good enough to force the defenders into the post.
