Nebraska is back...

Watching Ferentz and he’s commenting on 105 vs 115 or 120 which the B1G wanted.

105 is basically 21 per class. That’s a big change for programs. He talked about how developing players will be really hard and still have enough depth. Can’t take kids off the street when guys get injured.

Dallas Clark was 4-5th on the LB depth chart after one year and probably would have been cut today.

Seeing tweets and comments about Nebraska and it is like us last year. Players and coaches leaving. Has he lost the team? Does he have a plan? Why did a coach leave for a lateral move? Did he know he was leaving? etc. etc.

Kind of nice to feel we are in a good place.

Always interesting when coaches who were here at one point resurface, coaches are such nomads that it gets tough to keep track of where they end up.

Back when he was here I thought he would end up as a head coach at some point. However he has spent most of his career in a position coach role so maybe he isn't overly motivated to go the head coach route.

And as I seem to recall, he'd frequent some of the bars around Dinkytown and badmouth Brewster. I seem to remember someone posting here relayed that story.
