Not overly athletic but those intangibles, instincts and composure attributes are insane. I’m all for copying Iowa’s blueprint for DBs.
Looks plenty athletic to me. Why do you say he isn't?Not overly athletic but those intangibles, instincts and composure attributes are insane. I’m all for copying Iowa’s blueprint for DBs.
Quarterback caught him….Looks plenty athletic to me. Why do you say he isn't?
To me he looks like a real lunch pail and hard hat kind of guy. Probably first one at the facility and last to leave. Has deceptive speed.Looks plenty athletic to me. Why do you say he isn't?
A gym ratTo me he looks like a real lunch pail and hard hat kind of guy. Probably first one at the facility and last to leave. Has deceptive speed.
A real student of the game, probably a coach’s kid. The kind of guy you would want dating your daughter.
He is definitely whiteSehorn Jr
Pursuit angle.Quarterback caught him….

Quarterback had the pursuit angle and in the snow. He scores with better footing, I think.Quarterback caught him….

TF did footing have to do with it??Quarterback had the pursuit angle and in the snow. He scores with better footing, I think.
I think he scores if he made any kind of move to the inside / middle of the field.Quarterback had the pursuit angle and in the snow. He scores with better footing, I think.
Elite use of clichesTo me he looks like a real lunch pail and hard hat kind of guy. Probably first one at the facility and last to leave. Has deceptive speed.

He couldn't cut back..... I'm starting to wonder (well, more than just starting) if you actually watch the gamesTF did footing have to do with it??
What does "Not overly athletic" mean? Not overly athletic but those intangibles, instincts and composure attributes are insane. I’m all for copying Iowa’s blueprint for DBs.

That play was almost identical to the pick six made by Coleman Bryson 3 years ago in the Pinstripe Bowl vs. Syracuse. I remember he didn't look that fast and I was surprised he scored. I thought Nestor looked pretty fast.Quarterback caught him….

*Cough Cough* Caucasian! *Cough*What does "Not overly athletic" mean?
You mean besides being a step behind the receiver and if Wisconsin had a QB that could throw a pass to lead the reciever he would have been burned, again, for a long gain?Looks plenty athletic to me. Why do you say he isn't?
Ridiculous. He was not burned on that play and completely jumped that route. Receiver even tried to use the umpire to create a rub.You mean besides being a step behind the receiver and if Wisconsin had a QB that could throw a pass to lead the reciever he would have been burned, again, for a long gain?
He caught the ball thrown right to him, so that was good, but there were a lot of bad plays from him in between a handful of good ones.
We can do better than poaching a guy that would not have seen the field at Iowa this year.
The guy had 2 interceptions, 1 fumble recovery, 9 tackles 2 tackles for loss, was our highest graded player by PFF (again) & has a legit chance to be named B1G Defensive Player of the Week.He caught the ball thrown right to him, so that was good, but there were a lot of bad plays from him in between a handful of good ones.
He's our top rated player this season on defense & is tied for 3rd in the country in interceptions despite missing 2 games. We can do better then poaching a guy that would not have seen the field at Iowa this year.
Why, indeed?Looks plenty athletic to me. Why do you say he isn't?
I can't imagine the amount of distress that our victory over Wisconsin caused you. You can't go full bore negativity into the offseason, you have to temper your bullshit with pseudo logical arguments on why the team or staff sucks until the transfer window opens up or if we lose our bowl game. You couldn't even be complimentary to the team in post game threads. I'm sorry your life sucks, man. It's gotta be hell if you're only able to find satisfaction coming in here shitting on the team and players after keeping the AxeYou mean besides being a step behind the receiver and if Wisconsin had a QB that could throw a pass to lead the reciever he would have been burned, again, for a long gain?

When I first found out he came from Iowa, I got a little excited. They just have such confidence and a way to make splash plays. Good hitter too. I'd like to poach Phil Parker.Something to be said for his training under phil Parker at Iowa.
Yeah....I really don't get the attitude some have in regards to Nestor. There is very little doubt that our defense was better with him on the field then it was without him.The guy had 2 interceptions, 1 fumble recovery, 9 tackles 2 tackles for loss, was our highest graded player by PFF (again) & has a legit chance to be named B1G Defensive Player of the Week.
