The only thing that has held Cashman back in both college and pro ball is health. When he is on the field he is a really good player.

What happens to Rashod Bateman now with the Ravens? He ended up with only 18 receptions this season. Games with no catches or targets. How long will the Ravens keep him?

I would think he stays through at least next season based on how his contract is structured.
He's getting the second most snaps out of receivers by a good margin but isn't getting a ton of targets and his injuries and missing Lamar Jackson for part of the season didn't help.
