Potential start for Brosmer

Both J.J. McCarthy (ankle) and Carson Wentz (left shoulder) were listed as limited participants in a Monday practice that didn’t actually happen. That keeps the door open for the possibility that undrafted rookie Max Brosmer will get the start.

Got a yahoo alert saying that Wentz is going to get the start on Thursday. Got to think that with both top QBs banged up Max is at the very least getting some quality practice reps which will help him develop even if he isn't getting on the field in games.

If he enters the ‘26 draft he’s likely not going to be a first or second rounder. But he could improve his stock if he stays for another year and raises his game to be dominant more consistently.

He’s been pretty consistent this year. It be nice if he’d get two strip sacks and three more tfl against iowa. All drive killers.

Great stat! That's pretty lofty company with the big boys, although I'd be surprised if the streak continues for us with the next draft.

I disagree. He's a freak physically and already has 7 sacks.

I think Anthony Smith will grade out really well. I didn't think Mafe was going to be a second round pick.

At 6' 6" and 285 lbs with his production, it would not surprise me at all if he declared and is picked before the 3rd round starts.

I'll actually be surprised if he plays here next year (unless it's with the Vikings).
