This sucks!!! We had a good thing going and our team was really coming together. I was so excited about next year and this puts a damper on it for sure. Fleck has had some great hires on the defensive side of he ball. Hope he countinues to bring in good talent and I hope MN opens up the pocket book to keep talent here.

You are right but this is very different than losing Rossi IMO

Well he was really only part of one recruiting class, so no one came here due to Heatherman. I’d be surprised if anyone followed him, no one followed him when he came here by the way.

Lots of people were blaming Fleck for why Rossi left, clearly it’s the budget for why coordinators aren’t sticking around here. Only exception may have been with KC wanting to be closer to his home back east, but he probably got a raise also.

Get Jim Leonhard for some serious grudge energy with Bucky (and really good defenses). He’s the Broncos DBs coach and a DC move would mean a good raise. I’m guessing he wouldn’t be a good fit with PJ, however.
