Is Gary Tinsley bulky enough to play in the middle? In my head, I always picture Tinsley, Cooper, and Reeves as outside guys...

So if Tinsley is an outside LB, is our MLB next season Maresh? Does Cosgrove ever play any 3-4?

Sam Maresh is a fraud and will never play any effective minutes for the U of M. He wasn't even the best Champlin Park inside LB. Ramon Huber anyone? NDSU?

fuzz on the kiwi = nth degree winner.

I don't think anyone knows who Ramon Huber is, they might know who Ramon Humber is, and he turned out pretty good, but he is like 2-3 years older than Maresh. It's really hard compare a sophmore/freshman in HS with a Senior.

Maresh's Sr season in High School, I only saw him play 1 game, but he was obviously the best player on his team and the field.

sam sucks

he was the fourth best linebacker on the field in his senior year in the section championship, ask any of his high school coaches other then his dad.

Tinsley is big enough to play inside & i thought he looked good in limited action toward the end of this season. I think the starting MLB job will be up for grabs next season, but i also would not be suprised to see a lot of 3-4 in order to get Maresh, Tinsley, Cooper & Reeves on the field together.

Then his dad what? Oh. You meant "than his dad". Funny, you first posted "accept his dad", then edited it and still screwed up. How are those English as a second language at the community college working out for you?

still living the dream are you?

gopher football sucks for a reason, fans like you that live on this site that do not nit pick the fact that a big ten program can't score an offensive touchdown against SDSU, the Jackrabbits gave up 61 to Montana. Break that down for me.

fuzz is as fuzz does

we here on the board see a fly like you once and a while, buzzing all over annoying people.

and

expecting more out of our states only division one football program, I for one want more out of my tax dollars. tell your buddy the english dept forum is the next site over. this one should be for people who expect championships. buzz buzz. roll tide, hook em horns, bye bye brewster.........

Have you read anything on this site in the last two months? Anything? If you've somehow missed the bloodletting as a result of this team's offensive ineptitude, then you're illiterate on top of being a moron.

It amazing to me that you find ways to keep getting d0chier with every post. That is seriously an improbable accomplishment. I mean, if you're going to troll, at least focus on some legitimate points. Next time, have your mom read some of the site for you if Hooked on Phonics lets you down.

funny that dick head dissapears and then fuzz nuts shows up.

I like the trolls who try to hide that they are trolls much better than people like fuzz nuts. You could at least attempt a little tact.

Tinsley saw the field some this season and was sometimes on the field at the same time as Campbell so it's possible we may see the same thing with Maresh and Tinsley. I also believe Singleton will see some playing time as well.

I'll break it down for you, dullard. Each football game stands alone. The dynamics of each game change play by play. One play can change the makeup of an entire game. If the offense scores on a big play, it shifts the pressure to the other offense to score. You can't throw a common opponent into the mix and expect similar results. Explain to me how it's possible for the Cardinals to lose to the 49ers. The 49ers got beat by the Vikings, who got beat badly by the Cardinals. By your logic, there isn't a chance in hell that the Cardinals should have lost to the 49ers. Break that down for me. I'll wait.

Love that word and it is the most appropriate word to describe our grammatically-challenged friend.

My guess is we'll see a fair amount of rotation on the linebacking corps next season. I really liked what I saw of Tinsley during the season. Big-time quicks. We'll see on Maresh. Hope he's healthy and can stay that way.

Dpbol, you wanted to keep track of my "Ignore" list, well Kiwi nuts just made the list. Do you value his insight and contributions to the board?

I don't care who is or is not on your ignore list. That's the whole point.

Do whatever the hell you feel like doing, but there's no need to broadcast it. That's the very essence of attention-seeking.

Yup, you've figured me out. I am validated by others' opinions of me on a sports-themed message board. I also enjoy reminding everyone frequently how my contributions are so much better than the rest by issuing dire threats of using the dreaded "ignore" function.

And as for you, canuck, don't interject when you don't have a horse in the race. Thanks in advance!

DPDOLL, thank you for confirming why I rarely visit this board anymore. The stupidest voices always seem to talk the loudest. I seriously hope no recruits, players or family's are reading your delusional, uninformed, OCD rants.

Mods how do we block a poster? I seriously can't visit a site that had a d-bag like this kid posting 10-12 times per thread drowning out all reasonable voices. He has become this boards Loon/Wren. Carbon copy, all that's missing is "PREXY B!!!!". He's making your forum a joke, get rid of him.

If you're going to just randomly throw libel like this in the middle of a thread, you can at least justify yourself, like I've already once asked you to. (And yes, I realize I am horribly off-topic, but I'm not the one who felt the need to puff his chest out and show everyone how good I am at name-calling.)

Play Hoser - you are comparing NFL teams that have players that were good enough to be drafted as professionals to a 1AA ball club consisting of players that are not "good enough" to even visit your school to play for the gophers. Also Montana consists of players that are not good enough to play for the gophers yet they managed to brake the jackrabbit steal curtain for 61 points. (40 of those in 17 minutes)

That great SDSU offense that scored a whole 6 points (and 3 of them were from a drive that went about 1 yard) scored 48 vs that excellent Montana defense.

Yawn...

Why are you obsessed with this game? It was merely a game we played terrible and clung on to beat a team that had no business being in a close game with us. It happens. It happened to Iowa (top 15 team) to a much worse Div 1AA team. It happened to Michigan the same year they beat Florida in the Outback Bowl. It happens. Brewster and the team should have gotten ripped for their performance, and they have. Yet, you are so obsessed with this 1 game that you feel the need to bring this up in a thread where I merely asked "who do you think will be MLB next year". That is the definition of trolling and obsession. But here is a hint for you, next time you want to go on an obsessive trolling rant, at least get the guy's name correct.

Fuzzy...

While I can't say that I agree with Fuzzy Kiwi whatcha call it, it is nice to see that the Homer group got their obligatory TROLL comment inserted in their responses. Predictably troll like if you will. I think that I will refer to this group of homers as Trollops, due to the manner in which they turn tricks for their pimp.

Getting back to the topic of the thread, I prefer Tinsley in the middle with Cooper and Reeves on the outside. This is due to what I preceive as a speed advantage with these guys.

Really? if fuzz nutz is none other than dick head I'd be surprised.

Your parents are either first cousins or siblings. I'm betting on the latter. I used NFL examples because they were most recent, it happens at all levels of football. I'll break it down even further for you, you inbred dolt, this time using collegiate examples. Maybe that will make it easier to understand. YOU CANNOT THROW A THIRD TEAM INTO THE DISCUSSION WHEN EXAMING WHAT HAPPENED IN A FOOTBALL GAME. EACH GAME STANDS ALONE.

Example: Colorado State beats Colorado 23-17. Colorado beats Wyoming 24-0. Wyoming can't manage a point against Colorado, what on earth is going to happen when they play a team that beat the Buffs? Wyoming beats CSU 17-16. How on earth is this possible?

I know that's a lot of information and more reading than you've done in your entire life, but furrow your brow and try to understand it. If you need help, ask your father/uncle after he's done scattering auto parts in front of your trailer.
