Mav and Chip seem like the most logical because both have a redshirt year to burn for their transfer, both have 2 years of eligibility remaining, neither is from Minnesota so this isn't their "home", and both saw their minutes decrease as the year ended yet none of the players that took their minutes is likely leaving the program next year.. That profile makes them "ideal" candidates to transfer. By "ideal", I mean if I could draw up a profile of a player that ends up transferring, it's that profile.
I could see Mo transfer. Kind of fits that profile as well if he were granted a redshirt year for his transfer year. However, does the big guy want to sit 2 straight years? Not nearly as likely as Mav and Chip as a result
Oto? Doesn't have a redshirt to burn but also kind of fits the profile, though I think he likes it here and he sees an opportunity to grow into a 3 pt specialist. I wouldn't be surprised if he transfers but again, not as likely as Mav and Chip.
Coleman? Some have speculated as a possibility but I don't see it. He's from here and he gets minutes. He would be the exception to the rule if he ends up transferring.
Ingram? I actually think it's less likely than any of the players I mentioned above. It's rare for someone to transfer and sit out a year with only 1 year remaining. I know Colton and Devoe did but that's why it was so strange to see. Ingram is from here, saw his minutes and confidence increase as the year went along, and has only 1 year of eligibility remaining.
Others: EE? Not likely. Dre? Better not. Austin Hollins? Better not par 2. Rodney? Nope. Welsh? He's been a nomad (UC-Davis ->JUCO->Minnesota) so you never know but again unlikely because he'll be a senior.
Ranking the likelihood:
1. Chip
2. Mav
----------------------big gap-----------------------------
3. Oto
4. Mo
5. Coleman - please don't!!!
6. Welsh
7. Ingram
8. EE
9. Austin Hollins
10. Dre
11. Rodney
(Ellenson and Buggs make up the other 2 schollys).
