MADNESS!!

Funny how two people still have perfect brackets on espn wonder how many they filled out lol.

6.45 million brackets were filled out on ESPN. ESPN limits your account to 10. It doesn't matter though. I could have filled out 200 of em and none would be perfect.

Yea but you can always create more accounts depends on how much time you have on your hands.

Rotten first day of hoops. Very few close games. No real upsets of anyone big. Mid-majors all look pathetic when not playing each other (except for Gonzaga.)

Looks like the people who are usually too afraid to pick any upsets and always go by the seeding in the opening rounds will be rewarded. I really hate that. :)

Happy now?

It's fun until they play like 15 seeds the next game and lose by 15+ points.

Fun always comes to an end at some point or another. That's why you remember fun days and events when they take place. And to be honest, I'd rather have a day like yesterday where two of the so-called big boys get knocked out by the little guys than see the same teams win in the first round. That's what makes the NCAA Tournament so unique, it gives everybody a shot to do something special, even if only lasts for a day or two.

Destroyed the first go-a-round. 21-11. I have Kent and North Carolina in the final 2 with Kentucky winning. Only filled out one this year and I'm ripping it up as we speak.
Last year I had one first round at 28-4. I was really pumped to start because I nailed
all 4 play-in games.

Anyone think Gonzaga can pull off the upset against the Buckeyes?

Zags up by 4 with 9 min left in first half.

I am hoping, 19. Every time Gonzaga scores, I take a drink of my beer. Everytime tOSU has a possession and doesn't score, I take a drink of my beer. I am hoping to be totally wasted by the time this game is over. :drink: :cool02:

Don't get me wrong, it's never a bad thing when Duke loses and I think Lehigh can compete against Xavier. If and when the underdog does lose, I just want a good close game. Not a repeat of last years National Championship game.

44 games and still no OT...

I'm basically in the same boat. Would LOVE to see more competitive stuff from the underdogs more often in the later rounds. Honestly, I think the fact that teams like George Mason and VCU have made the final four in recent years does nothing but help the pysches of the so-called underdogs when they enter a tournament like this. And the fact that Davidson with Stephen Curry was basically a bucket away a few years back as well also helps a ton imo. But I guess at the end of the day, I'd rather have the fun of watching teams like Norfolk State and Lehigh win games against Missouri and Duke for at least one day than see teams like those two just roll right along.

Not surprising Norfolk St got ran out of the gym against Florida. Missouri should be embarrassed they lost that game. They didn't lose to an underrated team they lost to a bad conference champion.

Purdue playing Kansas tough! I like Kansas but I really like Hummel so pulling for Purdue.

That 4-guard lineup caught up to them. They got out-rebounded by 12 total and 14-6 on the offensive side.
