That's not a rip. EE would proably tell you the same. He needs to learn to finish around the basket

Never played golf. Don't have any golf clubs and it's not really worth the money.
 


Defending champs having trouble right now. Not looking good for them. Having essentially two PGs on the floor has been good for ISU.

I'm hoping UConn's on court success matches their classroom success.
 





Some great comments from Barkley and Greg Anthony on recruiting and style of play:

-Every recruit wants to run and gun, but they only want to do it on one end of the floor. That's the problem.

-They also don't understand the mental toughness, the conditioning, and ability to make good decisions that comes with running and gunning.

As well as a wonderful comment, not about style of play, that made me cringe:

"UNLV, like every team in america, features a UCLA transfer."

Hit a little too close to home.
 

NM ST making a comeback. I've got them taking down Indiana.
 




Rotten first day of hoops. Very few close games. No real upsets of anyone big. Mid-majors all look pathetic when not playing each other (except for Gonzaga.)

Looks like the people who are usually too afraid to pick any upsets and always go by the seeding in the opening rounds will be rewarded. I really hate that. :)
 


Every time I watch UNLV, I can't help but think of this team:

I used to sneak down to the basement late at night to watch them play.
 






Wow, Norfolk St just blew up my West bracket (I had Mizzou in the Final Four), but well deserved by the other Spartans, especially Kyle O'Quinn whose interview with C. Sager at the end made me get over the disappointment of my sheet going up in flames.
 

I went back through Norfolk State's schedule and see they lost twice to Marquette-first game of the year which was a blowout and then a few games later which was considerably closer. I'm guessing that's where you gained the respect for NSU, GW?
 

Avoided filling out a bracket this year so I could just sit back and watch the games without any rooting interest. Having said that, Norfolk State over Missouri wouldn't have been my first pick for an upset that's for sure.

Pretty sure that had I filled out a bracket and had Missouri out this early, I would have had this reaction: :cry:

But I didn't, so I have to give props to Gopher Warrior on the pick. Nicely done! :)

Funny how two people still have perfect brackets on espn wonder how many they filled out lol.
 

I had 4 losses yesterday. To nice out to watch any games today, so I haven't even checked. Will watch some games tonight.
