Correct. My whole point was that Edsall could have changed his mind on Saturday, and then Kill was subsequently contacted, but there is a 0% chance he made that decision following the USF game. And since he had to have made the decision before the game if true, the outcome of the game was not the determining factor.

Well if you watched the UCONN game on Saturday, you would have heard how bad the UCONN football facilities are compared to other BCS schools. I think it was Belotti that said the facilities at UCONN are worse than some high schools. Edsall might be fighting a uphill battle.

I should restate that, I meant someone repping the U (search firm, whoever), not necessarily Joel himself, cause I doubt they were serious about it.

East Coast Edsall didn't want to be in Minny, Kill did.

Maybe the thought of taking years to build a decent recruiting presence in the heartland was simply too much.
