If football is pushed to spring, does that impact the start of the 2021 traditional fall season?

Yeah, I just posted on another thread that kiffin is calling for big ten players being allowed to transfer. Seems fair when considering all the work these kids put in and the money that is on the line for the top kids.
Different than a major but if you choose your school for a specific reason like engineering and then the school drops the engineering program...naturally you’d transfer to a different school.
Same applies to football.

When UAB folded shop I believe all those players were allowed to transfer without penalty (obviously they restarted the program later). Same should apply here.
 

Are SEC and ACC rosters so empty, that they need a flood of Big Ten kids?

Also, any new transfer that gets a scholarship counts against the limit of 25 new scholarship players per season. Most schools try to max that out every year, depending on how their roster shaped up.
