It was pretty easy for Pitino to suspend the guys for the rest of the year when the season was effectively over and we had a terrible record.

I meant it as a joke (forgot the little emoticon) seen as he was dismissed for various sexual related wrongdoings as well. But if we want to take it seriously it would be about instilling a certain culture or lack there of. With Norwood it would be him setting a bad example that the degradation of women was acceptable (which it isn't). That comment was mainly related to the football team as the basketball team (as far as we know) did nothing wrong (except have it show up online). It wasn't a very good joke.
