He hasn't graduated Arizona by Aug 2, and yet he's planning to enroll at another school and participate in fall camp ... this month ... as a grad transfer? That doesn't seem right.

If the Big Ten cancels its season, it will mean there is no college football this fall. If other P5 are going to give it a try, so will they.

That is the simple truth, and hopefully he understands that.

I checked the academic calendar for the Univ of Arizona. The last summer term ends Aug 11 with degrees awarded on Aug 21.
 

Well it’s not like PitinoFan is plugged into anything. Lol no.

At most, he pays for G.I.and is just being a weird-o about not naming them as the source.
 

Also, high school players make commitments and sign NLI’s before they graduate.

If there was a chance Fields wouldn’t graduate, then he would never go through the process of having a top 3 etc. So he’s obviously going to graduate, if he hasn’t already.

I don’t see why that would prevent him from making a decision.

Well, for starters, there’s a Tony Lyndon Fields listed in the Arizona student directory, which is accessible online to everyone. On Instagram, he is Tony L Fields.

But you’re right, it shouldn’t stop him from making a decision.
 

This is huge. Such a need at LB and to bring in a guy like Fields appears like a massive upgrade from potential RS FR or others that may be playing with Oliver out.

I'm ready for another big-time recruiting W!

Just talking pure skill I don’t think he’s a massive upgrade, but I think bringing in someone with that much experience is huge. Hopefully he has strong leadership skills, don’t know enough about him to comment on that. I do know Arizona had a pretty bad defense last year.

Probably after all his academic work has been submitted and exams taken. My daughter graduated early taking 23 credits in her final term. Her last week of exams and papers cut things a little close
 


Dang, looks like it's West Virginia. It definitely feels unimportant at the moment.
