Who do you think will play on Sundays next fall? David Cobb for sure. Maxx if he declares. Anyone else?
Wilson could get a look in the late rounds. Either way, I think he'll find a place. He's a good special teamer so that helps.
Epping and Olson should get signed as a free agent and both get a shot to make a team. I think Epping has a better chance.
Cedric Thompson and Wells might get a look.
I would think Thompson could find a niche as a run stopping specialist. Dude is about as solid of a tackler as you will find as a DB.

Defensive backs that can play special teams that are young and work cheap as in fit in on the salary cap cheaply seem to be a desireable trait in the NFL. Thompson played some CB in his younger days, so he is going to have to probably drop a small amount of weight and work on his quickness, show that he can play corner and safety be a utility guy. If he can show how he fits on special teams he has the chance to make a team as an unrestricted free agent. Thomposon is definitly someone that should go to one of those training centers after the bowl game and work at improving his quickness a little bit. He seems like the hard working type if given a shot that he could have a chance to make a roster especially if he excels at special teams coverage. I would have to think he could at least make money in the CFL if he doesn't catch on with an NFL roster.I think Thompson would make a great special teams guy, who can fill in at safety when needed.
