This is what our knowledgeable GopherHolers do not understand. Iowa clobbering Michigan today makes our tranny dump at Iowa City more tolerable.

Why would you root against Dower? Tubby offered him a walk on spot and Gonzaga offered him a scholarship. Easy decision.
 

In addition to having the basketball recruits at this game, the football team also had that 4-star offensive tackle from South Dakota at the game on an unofficial visit.
 

That DeAndre Mathieu take to end the game was spectacular! The Barn was amazing tonight once the Gophers gave the crowd just a little inkling that they were in the game. The Ryan Pitino moments on TV were some much needed comedic relief during another much too tense Gopher game. Elliott Eliason came to play some defense in the second half! Loved seeing Pitino do a lot of offense/defense substitutions with Elliott/Mo, Daquein/Dre, etc. I was so concerned with the outcome of the game that I didn't rewind to see if that Joey King attempt was really a goal tend? Did we get a break there? Why on earth did Dre Hollins not call timeout? That was an enormous mental error for such an experienced player. An underrated big moment in the game to me was Austin Hollins hitting a 3 to tie the game immediately following him missing the front end of a 1 and 1.

Djuan Piper tweeted some very favorable comments about the Barn even before it got rocking in the 2nd half. Maybe some good news from Piper or Gueyere (sp?) coming soon?

Kings was definitely a goal tend, as was Oto's that they didn't call.
