Classic official complaining love it!
Jinxer.Gotta love how Malik has ice in the veins, no matter the situation.
Dude get the **** out of here this is a game thread. And Foster would be nothing but a wasted scholarship for 4 years. You have never seen Morris play so don't pretend like you know what you are talking about.
Pollyanna, mom and dad spent all that money to put you thru law school, and this is how you speak on a fan board? I beg to differ I'm pretending to know what I'm talking about. I played on the men's team in college, while you were practicing with the girl's team.

What is it about big white guys in a Gophers uniform and phantom/no calls? Iverson was the same way. I can't believe there wasn't a call when he got killed late in the game.
Good to see us hitting some shots, but would have been nice to close it out. Oh well, a win is a win. And we needed it.
EE should have every right to shoot those officials.
Better get used to it. I suspect almost every game is going to be like this. If the Gophs are hitting 3's, they can get the lead on most teams, but outside shooting comes and goes, which leads to droughts on offense and lets the other team get back in the game.
As far as the officiating: if the refs are calling a tight game, it's up to the players and coaches to adjust. The 1st time they call a touch foul, somebody has got to be telling everyone to be careful. Instead, they keep playing the same style and keep complaining.

My biggest complaint about today's game was that they called it extremely close for 90% of the game and then essentially didn't call anything where blood wasn't drawn at a few points in the game. If they're going to call a foul on a defender for riding the player with the ball down the floor, then call it all the time. And if you're going to call a foul when EE was barely hit on the head, then also call it when he gets clubbed by two defenders.
I think most players just want consistency and if they're not being consistent, then it is hard to adjust.
