I am a fan of both Kill and Fleck, but lets be honest. This ain't the same Wesconsin team Country Ball coach Jer was facing.

Plus Kill had the Jug and the Pig.

Fleck hasn't competed against a CFP Michigan team, but yes a 2017 8-5 Michigan or a 2-4 Michigan in 2020 was probably better than 2014 Michigan.

A win against Iowa would still be zero wins because then they would also be 6-6. We could go round and round on this one.

In the end, winning the axe definitely takes some sting off of Purdue (to get lit up next week) and Iowa; at least for me.

I was talking to my dad about this...5 years ago all anyone said was "why can't we beat Wisconsin? Fleck is nothing til he beats Wisconsin!" (to be fair Iowa was also in the convo as well but is immaterial to the point) Fleck has now won 3 of the last 4 against Wisconsin and people aren't even celebrating they are just finding ways to still crap on the team and him.

Minnesota fans just don't ever let themselves enjoy the moment.
