NFL stadiums are built these days to maximize revenue and provide an experience for the fans. The old Met was nearly a lock-box for the Vikings of the 60's and 70's. Thery have lost that at the dome and USB.
Nobody would ever consider building an NFL stadium in this climate that wasn't domed and heated. Lambeau will eventually be the last one in a Northern market.
The whole "they should play outside in December and be tough and the fans should be tough" is a load of BS. I want to be comfortable watching a game if I'm paying the money to go. It's as stupid as the people who brag about not turning on their heat or AC until the last possible minute.
