I’m in SE Michigan and it’s about $100-$110 either way.

Xfinity finally launched an Apple TV app so you don’t need more than 1 cable box anymore which always used to elevate the prices through Xfinity.

I had 3 cable boxes since I used DVR service through Xfinity. Those costs + taxes + broadcast rights & sports fees had my costs pushing about $195/month. So cord cutting to YTTV with fiber Gig internet saved me the $60/month.

I have Comcast but haven't seen a dish commercial in a long long time.
