Two years ago we heard that Phil took a jump. Last year we heard that Leidner took a jump. This spring we heard that Strevler took a jump.

I call bull**** on anyone telling us that a QB looks good. You won't fool me a 4th time.

I wonder if Doogie is just trying to stir the pot here for fun mentioning Perra. :)
 

Maybe he swings by cometology class before practice.
 



I suspect that the perra talk is to motivate strevler & leidner... Not that he doesn't look good. But I'm sure the coaches want that tasty morsel burned in the other QBs brains. Competition usually leads to great things.

I highly doubt he will play a down this year. I was at the game on Saturday and Roden-Mckinzy was dressed and my guess he would have played if Streveler had gotten hurt. Perra might have been dressed and I didn't notice that buy my guess is they would pull Roden-Mckinzy's redshirt before Perra.
 

Parra is the 3rd QB, but they want to redshirt both he and Roden-McKinzy. Rhoda finished the game Saturday to get Streveler off the field and the two freshmen redshirted.

I agree with you. And with President Bush. Fool me once, shame on you, and, well, you can't fool me again.

I am not going to get excited about another Gopher quarterback until I see one who can consistently hit wide open receivers in the hands.

Is there anything the media loves more than a qb controversy? I wouldn't put too much stock into Doogies tweet.

He is always trying to stir the pot. He interviewed Kirkwood during summer camp and kept trying to bait him into saying he wanted to start over Cobb.
 

We'll have to get GL on here to be the judge. Neither do anything for me. :cool02:

He looks like a guy who loves to play football and run into people. He is just pretending that he is going to pass the ball. Instead he is about to run for eight yards.

But the one on the right has the hair and doesn't look as constipated. How can you say better dresser when he isn't wearing maroon or gold?

if CS goes down on Sat.. AND my boy Perra does not make the trip... then Cobb in the wildcat is a better option than either Roden/Rhoda.
