Yes, I know you're asking for serious advice but I really don't have a good solution for this issue other than to close them after it appears the subject has been exhausted. Of course the solutions for me is not to open string but I keep on hoping that there will be some new insight to topic and once in a while there is.

For home games, I don't tailgate, but instead visit a local establishment in Dinkytown and/or Stadium Village. For away games, at my place, we have people bring in obscure beers to share, and serve typical gametime fare (ribs, wings, chips, etc.).

I'd be lying if I didn't say I enjoy dpodoll68's snarkiness which is usually backed up by researched facts. Also enjoy Ogee Oglethorpe's takes. Love reading about posters that maintain their passion for the Gophers despite living far from Minnesota. They seem to have a more balanced outlook. And of course detlefwiththeessenhaus, an annual post to look forward to.

For men Rodney Williams is the best "athlete" but Bobby Jackson incorporated his athleticism into his chosen sport the best.
