So a judge already looking to put an injunction on 5 years of eligibility limit.

They will have to say the limit is an undergraduate degree or something to get people to move on.

How many years might it take to get that BS or BA? Perhaps as many as 10 years if you play it right. 🤔😏

I just read the case. Seems they are considering the 5 years to play 4 limit, but not getting a 5th year.

Thus, would still be 4 years. Those years being NCAA years (JUCO not counting).

The argument wasn’t really all that good. They took a ton of liberties.

I can see ignoring one JUCO year but not two. One can make an analogy to one JUCO year being equivalent to one post-grad prep school year and the latter have not counted against eligibility.
