Figures!!!

Her first blog about Gopher basketball and she found a way to work in two of her most favorite menfolk, Stamper and Izzo. So typical....

Her fast rise to fame is no surprise to us who have known her for years!!

I know one of the STrib ad execs pretty well and she just told me that her job got a lot easier selling online ads with the addition of GL to the staff!!

I thought I kept it more professional than I do on GH, I didn't mention Stamper's big muscles, or how hot Izzo is even once!

Nadine, is there any way you can get the three pictures of 3-0 versus Wisconsin during 2009-2010 onto your Strib Blog? That would piss a bunch of Wiskeyites off, but would sure as hell increase sales in Minnesota.

Don't forget about sharing holidays...Easter at your house was THE BEST! I'm looking to score an invite to Thanksgiving!
 

This is partially what is right with today's media. For all the shortcomings with regular people covering stuff there are platforms for some really talented people that are accesible to the general public to read some almost "grassroots" columns from really talented writers.

Nadine has always been an awesome part of Gopherhole and i'm glad that some of the people who maybe aren't as diehard as we all are will get a chance to read her.

I cried.

GopherLady, if there was ever any doubt about your character and skill, it is gone now. I did my normal scan of GopherHole this morning, sitting at my desk at work and saw your article. I had to catch myself from opening weeping in front of coworkers. I'm truly touched. Congrats on the blog and kudos to the Strib for picking it up!
 


Good job. No offense to Myron, but if you took his job it wouldn't be a down-grade for the Strib.
 

Any chance you could take an recruiting assistant position within the program? Good job!!!
