Yes, it was blatantly PI, but that doesn't usually get called, and the coverage was shitty anyway so everyone watching felt like it was unfair, and they're probably right.

Yeah...not much...but it wasn't a phantom call. And like I said...if they don't call the phantom PI on Purdue's previous drive...that may not be called.

Wrong. Extension of the arm like that is a CLEAR sign of PI. Especially if the d-back gets slowed. Whether or not it gets called is a different issue.

It was textbook PI. He pushed off to gain an advantage on his route. It's too bad because 87 already had his defender beat so there was no need to reach back.

It was PI, but if the ref hadn't thrown the flag, I don't think anyone would've really complained. It is what it is.
