It will always be an issue between the haves and have nots. Some rules might mitigate that some, however, and maybe create some incentive for stability. Retention bonuses, etc. If anyone was looking out for all the players, there would be clamoring for decent health insurance, etc for all of them and not just cash
for the high end players.
