They might have to play a lot of zone defense in the Big Ten. We just don't have the bodies to play man D in conference.
 

With our limited roster options this year, it got thinking about the 1986 "Iron Five" squad.

I think what we're seeing from him now is who he is and has been. It just took him a little time to find his legs at his new home.

He fits well with this starting lineup as the designated three-point shooter off the pass, a mid-range jump shooter on occasion, and a very reliable free throw shooter. He's a decent passer too. When it comes to rebounding and defense, he's at least adequate.

If I had to pick a former Gopher player he resembles, I'd say Joey King

I would add that he makes good reads on when he should cut back door as well
