The drop off after the first 3 is severe. It’s interesting how they are ranked considering how some of those teams beat up on each other.

agreed, but I do think 11-13 are worse than 4-10. You're spot on though that 4-10 could change all around at any time. Pretty amazing that they're all so mediocre.
