Big Mo Walker

I have a lot of optimism about Mo. I really think he could surprise us. At times I think I see a bit of Sir Charles in him.

I would bet Shaq's body fat was at under 20% at 300 lbs. Mo Walker's is likely around 30% ....a HUGE difference!

Are you serious in saying that Mo Walker has 30% body fat? The average male under the age of 30 has body fat between 9-15%. I realize Mo is a big man but there is a lot of muscle there too. 30% body fat would be morbidly obese to the point that he would not be medically cleared to play such a high level of athletics. That is an outrageous statement. I was never an elite athlete but I played in high school and college and when my body fat was tested I was at 14% and that was considered high for athletics.

Big Mo

I see Kevin Duckworth in Mo Walker the old center from the Trail Blazers. Big, good hands, good feet- not great lift..

Good skills and a Big Man.. Duckworth was a very productive player there is even a little resemblance.

Kevin Duckworth is a great comparison!

The (late) Duck (he died in 2008) was an unheralded 350-lb C in the south suburbs of Chicago. He graduated HS in 1982 and went to Eastern Illinois (one of, if not THE only offer he had). He lost weight and did very well at EIU. And then on to 10+ years in NBA.

Dr.Don was the best potential basketball player and coach who never achieved full potential, just like all of the GopherHole experts.

As we learned tonight Mo call also shoot the trey.

He was 2 for 2 from three point land.

Dexter Pittman's body fat was measured at 20.8%, and he's definitely fitter than Walker.

I was thinking the same. I see him more of a 4 than a 5. He can make the three.

Walker

I like him. He does need to get in better shape as well as get stonger, but if he continues to hit the three he will pull the opposing center away from the basket and open up the lane.
