B1G Tournament, Game #1: #7 Gophers v. #10 Penn State [ESPN2, 5:30PM]

Mav needs to play over Malik.

And it's not even close.

Another score update: Colorado 47 California 37 (about 10 mins left in the game). Lets go Buffs!

Law of averages doesn't apply here. He's not even getting close on his shots anymore.

He shot .362 last year for FIU on 265 3PA. This season, .348 on 155 3PA. Actually 1/22 in last 7 games including tonight, I just really want him to get hot like the start of the season with a lot of the other cylinders clicking. Would be a good time.

Rebound the doggone ball Andre. Why are you tapping it out when nobody else is competing with you for the rebound?

Not getting lose balls, giving up O-rebounds, and TO is the reason this isn't a 20 PT lead right now. (Malik on queue!).

Malik is not afraid to shoot

I like the fact that Coach does not give up on Malik like some of you do.

I'm not worried about the rebounds...let PSU continue to jack up the long ones.

Giving up offensive boards has been a significant issue all season IMO. We want to beat good teams we better start boxing and screening out.

I like the fact that playing a guy that's 1-23 is considered smart by you and not insanity.

Oh ya, sit his ass so he loses all of his confidence. Did you see the fist clench by Coach on Malik's 3?

Ya. He said "god damn you finally made one you brick chucking brute" under his breath. Didn't you read his lips?

If it wasn't Malik Smith he would be sitting. He has a good track record with Pitino, that's why he's stuck by him. And the refs, for whatever reason, NEVER give Eliason calls. His arm was just being tugged, also if they called the foul on him on his clean block prior to that.

If I hear "euro step" one more time today I'm going to snap.
