And every time she drives into a thicket of bigs or misses a wide open three, I cringe. Many of her attempts are so bad or forced, they should be labeled turnovers. Her ball handling and defense are great, but I wish she had a better understanding of her limitations.

The triumph of humanity is to ignore our limitations and to achieve absurd levels of satisfaction when the improbable occurs. Just for the underdog factor, I hope she makes one more shot per game.

JuJu is a great player, but the announcers practically anointed her for sainthood. I wouldn't be surprised if they sent her flowers after the game.

Yes. They beat Arizona St at home non-conference Whalen's 2nd season as coach when the Sun Devils were ranked #19 before whatever happened that derailed that season once Big Ten play started.

Edit: When is the last time they beat a ranked team on the road? All I could find was 2009 when they beat Ohio State in January on the road and at Notre Dame in the first round of the NCAA Tournmaent?
Ohio State did eventually end up ranked at the end of the season when the Zahui B./Shae Kelley team beat them on the road Kelsey Mitchell's freshmen season in January 2015.

You can just see it coming? She puts her head down and takes off! Generally gets too far under the basket, misses the rim, and gets knocked over almost every time. She just isn’t any offensive threat, leaving the Gophers playing 4 against 5 on offense! I wonder what her shooting % on layups is?
