The new DL65 of The Annual Count Down To Season Opener

I hereby nominate Gopherocious for the DL65 award for meritorious work at the GopherHole. DL65 has done a fantastic job here but he only has to post once a week. On the other hand, Gopherocious needs to post daily for the Count Down Calendar (Okay, maybe he is a little slow sometimes but I suspect he is just giving the rest of us time to post in case the spirit moves us.). Thanks for filling the gap Gopherocious.

#78 is one of my best friends, Alvin (Ray) Hawes, who was an awesome offensive tackle in '68, '69, and '70. Ray and I became friends in 1967 (freshmen could not play or redshirt in those days) and are still close buddies today.

Thanks for the kind words! If there is a day when I am behind doing it, it is almost always when I am out of town and away from a computer. Hopefully everyone feels free to post their own pictures as well on days if I miss it, or even if I don't come across a great photo! Ski-U-Mah!

No. I have paid extra to Mabel Murphy's in Fergus Falls to make sure Parski can not enter that establishment. It's worth it.
