I finally started watching this. A few episodes in, I’m hooked as well. Very good.Anyone else watch E1 of "Paradise" on FX with Sterling K. Brown and James Marsden? I'm hooked after one (1) episode. Even the music was great.
It is very good. The second season is equally as good, although I feel the timeline is moving a little too quickly. Also don't like that the whole season wasn't out as I've had to wait a week for each new episodes to drop from 4 through 8I finally started watching this. A few episodes in, I’m hooked as well. I'm with you on that. I tend to binge watch a little on shows I really like so I always end up waiting until all the episodes are available. Also don't like that the whole season wasn't out as I've had to wait a week for each new episodes to drop from 4 through 8

I finished season 1. Episode 7 might be one of the best episodes I've seen of any show. So good.It is very good. I'm just finishing up season 1. The show is leaving Netflix after May 31 so will have to binge watch the second season. We just finished the first season of Your Honor, it was outstanding. I can't wait to start Season 2, which I believe is all the series has.
Bryan Cranston is an amazing actor. I can't recommend this series enough. Very well done.
Go Your Honor!!
Finished up the 2nd season of Lioness. Geeze that was a good series. Tons of action, particularly the last couple episodes of season 2
(Of course Taylor Sheridan is involved. That dude ever sleep?)
It's a one-off. Jon Bernthal as the Punisher will appear in the Spiderman: Brand New Day movie later this summer. This special was supposedly a vehicle to explain what he'd been up to as he wasn't in Daredevil: Born Again, Season 2 as well as provide a little backstory as to his motivation moving forward.Watched The Punisher: One Last Kill. Is that it? 51 minutes? Nothing more? Strange.
Yeah, was disappointed. Thought the series was really good and guess my expectations were up because of that. Also didn't realize it was meant to be just a glimpse of what was going on.It's a one-off. Jon Bernthal as the Punisher will appear in the Spiderman: Brand New Day movie later this summer. I like the character and actor but thought One Last Kill was just ok. I think the character works better either playing off others or when he's extremely motivated by revenge or fighting his way out.
Not a bad choice in the bunch but there is ZERO doubt in my mind that you'll have Mad Men at the top after watching all of them. Jon Hamm is tremendous but the entire cast ensemble is incredible, similar to The Wire. Don Draper edges out Andy Sipowicz from NYPD Blue as my favorite character.Okay, I'm not too proud to accept help and advice and support here.
Perhaps like many (?), I have a growing list of what many have said are GREAT series that I have in my queue but have not started simply because with multiple seasons (sometimes MANY multiple seasons), it's just too daunting to finally just pull the trigger and start watching.
I'll take votes for the following;
- Yellowstone (or any of the subseries I guess)
- Sons of Anarchy
- Band of Brothers
- Deadwood (going a ways back here)
- Mad Men (only including because Slim said I had to watch it)
- Landman (only a few seasons so far but it's growing and I haven't started it)
If I haven't listed it here, there's a 95% chance I've either seen it or I simply have no interest in seeing it (Game of Thrones for example).

I'll continue to bring it up because it deserves to be mentioned.....Halt and Catch Fire does not get nearly enough love.
I did watch this in the beginning. It was so damn long ago I can't remember if I watched just Season 1, or 2 and 3 with it, etc. But I remembered I did like it, mostly for the characters (the two primary characters anyway)
Band of Brothers is as good as it gets IMO. And it’s only 10 episodes so pretty easy to get through the series.Okay, I'm not too proud to accept help and advice and support here.
