PJ Fleck is a master of the unexpected.

He has elevated the status of the Gopher PWO program and has made playing for the Gophers a fun and rewarding experience. This kind of stuff sells the program to recruits.

These kids love playing for their coach.

They're having fun and will remember this experience forever.
 

It seems that they do a lot more team activities now than in the past. I wonder if Fleck's budget is that much higher than previously.
 



This is great for teambuilding and cohesion.

Less opportunities for mischief.
