And some Arkansas fans think the Gophers offered their receiver that ended up at OU $600,000 last year, and that he accepted less from OU to be closer to home. Very few people know actual NIL numbers, and every fan thinks other schools have more

The reason Cal left Kentucky to go there was their NIL commitment.

The money is there. It's just a matter of how much do those guys want a good football program.

Possibly true. Nobody knows for sure. But, PJ isn't leaving for Arkansas unless the #'s are huge and nobody is going to offer PJ huge dollars.
