I’m as laidback as ice cream in almost every walk of life, but yes, I am a bit of a scold on this board. I was pretty close to shutting the door on visiting GopherHole regularly before this board appeared and allowed a breath of escapism from the creeping politicization of all things seemingly everywhere. There’s a cesspool next door for those who love to bask in that world-I don’t see any need or excuse to bring it here.

Also I did a cursory look through the other board and see in a thread you started a heartwarming story about an 11 year old girl gunning down two illegal immigrants. Turns out it’s a fallacy: https://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/fact-check-story-11-old-100000518.html

But hey, let’s lighten up, right? What’s the harm in spreading falsehoods and misinformation on the regular? It’s all entertainment evidently.
