It could be 4-6 weeks if it's a Grade 2 sprain. James had a similar groin injury in 2018 and both times he said he "heard a pop".Lost the game. Lost LeBron for a week or two.
I stopped watching at the half. Was really impressed with Brown guarding Doncic.Lost the game. Lost LeBron for a week or two.
Got to love when Randle and McDaniels are getting a combined 17 assists….Last night's game was almost boring. The wolves did what they were supposed to do against a weak opponent at home. The team is peaking at about the right time. The game at Denver will be an interesting test of their resurgence because it will be against a high quality opponent on the road.
We will find out a lot tomorrow night in Denver.Denver beats the Thunder in OKC. Murray and Jokic both with 40 minutes.
Wolves healthy. Were able to develop some depth because of the injuries. Looking forward to the game.We will find out a lot tomorrow night in Denver.
They hate us and we've beat them 4 in a row.
Denver will bring it. If we can win there, we are off and running.
Only have to get to 6th place to avoid the playin. The wolves are healthy, they have depth, they've figured out rotations and they are actually moving the ball. They are playing at the same level as last year. Unfortunately, they may still end up in the play in. They are too far behind teams 2-5 and the Warriors are also playing great ball with a lopsided home schedule.

Lakers are struggling without Lebron. There is only 15-19 games left depending on which teams schedule you're looking at, but the Wolves are only 4.5 games out from being the 2 seed.
That means they just need 1 of those 5 teams they're chasing to go on a little slump to avoid the play in. And all of those teams have a tougher schedule than the Wolves.

We could catch them.
Yes. That group of 5 ahead of us all play a bunch of games against each other too, with Houston, Denver, and the Lakers playing the most against those 5 teams. The Wolves only play Denver and Memphis once and then they are done with that group.
So there's a really good chance several of those teams struggle or only play .500 ball down the stretch, with those 3 being the most likely teams.
For help, games against teams on this listIf considering tiebreaks . . .
We need to pick up 2 games on the Warriors to move into 6th.
Next target should be Rockets. Need to pick up 4 games to tie the Rockets. Season series a split.
Need to pick up 5 games on the Nuggets to pass them.
Lakers or Grizz, we need to pick up 6 games to pass those teams.
May be a little optimistic, but I think it is fair to think we could go 12-3 rest of the way. In which case we would need the the following result to pass each respective team:
Warriors 10-5 or worse
Rockets 8-7 or worse
Nuggets 7-8 or worse
Lakers, Grizzlies 6-9 or worse
For help, games against teams on this list
Warriors: 5
Nuggets: 8
Rockets: 5
Lakers: 6 (plus a pair vs OKC)
Grizzlies: 4 (also has Cleveland, boston and OKC)
Wolves: 2
The wolves schedule is a joke the rest of the way. 12-3 should be the minimal expectation if they stay healthy. If they do so I’d expect they’ll move up given the lakers schedule and LeBron’s health (already dropped one tonight and have the nuggets tomorrow and a back to back after a game Luka played 36 min on a bum ankle but tried to do everything scoring 45) amongst the walking wounded their team has become. There will be a pretty good number of losses to go around in this grouping with the head to heads
I have the wolves at 11-4 the rest of the way (assuming good health). They will lose one of the gimmes because they are the wolves and three of the tough games. At that pace that’s a lot of ground to make up. One of the 2-5 teams would have to really slump or the warriors would have to have a 1-4 road trip. I don’t see the warriors losing more than one game at home the rest of the year.We have 9 home and 6 away. Four tough away games: Milwaukee, Indiana, Memphis, Denver (with Gordon). Two tough home games: Indiana and Detroit.
I think it will be difficult to pass any of the teams ahead of us in the standings. Hope I'm wrong.
If you’re not beating the likes of Indiana and Detroit when it matters, then yes you deserve to be in the playinWe have 9 home and 6 away. Four tough away games: Milwaukee, Indiana, Memphis, Denver (with Gordon). Two tough home games: Indiana and Detroit.

I just looked at the warriors five game road trip and the first four games are against losing teams and there are no back to backs. Highly unlikely 1-4 is an outcome.
The wolves could go 49-33 and end up in the play in. Crazy.

We always lose one when you never see it coming.I would think the Warriors would be the easiest team to pass. They need to lose 5 games if we finish 12-3.
They host knicks on Sat., nuggets on Mon. , bucks on Tues. Would be very helpful if they could lose two of those.
We host Indiana Tuesday, hopefully a win.
This would move us ahead of GS.
Will be feeling better about our chances of avoiding the playin if are ahead of the Dubs in the standings come Wednesday
morning.

Even as the 7 seed, we more than likely win and are the 7 seed. No one scares the Wolves at number 2.
