Against good defenses, he can't deliver. Our last 3 home games have been a shitshow. 7 points against Cleveland. That Detroit suckfest and now this. His numbers are nice though.
 

Breeland gives up two big plays and they're going to lose.

Cousins doesn't call the plays. He's been one of the better QB's in the league this year.

Dallas rushed 3 the last 3 plays and was in the backfield in the blink of an eye.
 




Go ahead and fire Zim. Maybe Patterson sparks something. If not, it doesn't matter. Fire everyone else after the season.

Dude puts up good numbers year after year. But he folds like a cheap tent in big games. Anybody that has convinced themselves he’s capable of leading a team to a SB are delusional. Is it all Kirk? No. I’ve been banging the “blow this thing up” for the last couple years. But he is not a winner, plain and simple.

3 home games, 1 touchdown drive against Cleveland, 1 touchdown drive against Detroit, 1 touchdown drive against Dallas, whom I heard had a vulnerable defense. That's hot garbage for what we pay. Just fucking suck. It's not all him.

I'm in rebuild mode and would love to see Mond. I know it ain't happening, but still.
 

No Cowboy fan but they deserved the win. Cooper Rush has his moment in the sun and it was against the Vikings.

Cousins isn't the problem. Zimmer is. Blaming Cousins is like blaming Tanner Morgan for the Gophers losses. A sign of someone who doesn't understand the game.

I'm not a big Cousins fan.....but he isn't the problem with this team. Zimmer calls plays that allow worse teams to hang around. Period.

Run, run, pass doesn't work very well when the opposing team knows that it's coming. Go figure.
 


How many carries did Cook have in the 2nd half? He was having success when he touched the ball. Before that last drive, it would be interesting to see the passing stats breakdown for drop backs, PA, and rollouts.

I was almost laughing.

In fact, when it's 3rd and 2, we go for home runs, when it's 3rd and 8, we throw very short. I don't know who that's on, but it is fucking bullshit.
 

By the way, CJ Ham had 3 catches tonight, JJ had 2. Holy Shit! All I heard all week was how vulnerable the Dallas secondary is.

JJ is going to say something soon.

Again....you appear to think that Cousins calls the plays. But you aren't very bright. Defending conservative play calling is the only thing that's laugh worthy.

where did I say cousins calls the plays. Cousins missed a wide open JJ down the sidelines, up 7-0. Totally wide open. The next play was a pass to the TE who gets first down, but Kirk airmailed it. He then got the happy feet, and stops scanning the field. This guy panics when it ain't going well. He has his whole career, with all the different coordinators calling the plays. Granted, the offensive line was garbage again.

I hope that helps. He was brutal tonight. Just a workman like performance gets it done. He froze, though.

it's too bad New Orleans is in cap hell, and this regime is fighting for their jobs.

Otherwise, you trade cousins to New Orleans, who just lost Winston for the year. Get a first round pick, play whoever at qb, and start it all over.

A pipe dream, but I'd love it.
 

Anyone notice on that last drive when the refs stopped the clock for 10 seconds or so because there was an extra football on the field and the offense still wasn’t lined up ready to go when the clock started again?
