He is good. Luckily it’s his last year.Extremely jealous of Iowa's kicker.

Never ever count on Nebby to win a big game under Frost. It won't happen. You all might as well eliminate that thought right now.
Do you think you sound clever cause you call him Phillip? This is why the Gophers need to emulate teams like Iowa. They find ways to win.
Hopefully Philip gets to that point consistently.
Oh well, tied for third place in the West isn't horrible.
Will you admit that attaining the level of Wisky and Iowa would be an improvement over where Philip is now?Do you think you sound clever cause you call him Phillip?
Spoilers: you don't.
Don't worry though, I won't call you a troll...you are just sad and bitter.
And to head you off at the pass...I am hardly PJ's biggest fan so you are going to need to try harder.
Congrats. Looked shaky for a bit there.-105 so I parlayed It with Coastal Carolina to get better than even money. Like you I'll be cheering hard for Nebraska but I see no way they win this game. I'm baffled by the line.
Iowa and Wisconsin are good football programs. I think anyone would admit the bold. The fact that we're getting closer is a testament to the little guy living rent-free in your head. Will you admit that attaining the level of Wisky and Iowa would be an improvement over where Philip is now?
And I am only speaking in terms of wins and losses...the only measurement that is meaningful.
Don't give two caps about "culture". Or marketing, either.
I am not obsessed, but I find his schtick a little contrived. Something more designed for high school level athletics.Iowa and Wisconsin are good football programs. Out of curiosity, have you ever been this obsessed with another man? I get ripping on Fleck, I get being annoyed, but you really post about him a lot. You even have pet names for him and he clearly sparks a passionate response in you. It's not super normal. Is this a common thing for you? Like who was the last man you obsessed about like this?
I don't find it strange that you think his schtick is contrived or even if you think he is an overrated coach. There are tons of coaches (past and present) who a lot of us on this board have felt the exact same way about.I am not obsessed, but I find his schtick a little contrived. I guess if he was a bit more successful, I could accept it. But to be under a 60% winning percentage seems a bit underachieving to me. Especially as a extremely well compensated HC.
Haha, thanks. Watched that entire Nebraska game and was happy I'd bet just enough that I'd be happy with an Iowa win financially and totally cool with a Nebraska win to help Minnesota's chances. I did NOT watch the Coastal Carolina game thankfully. Getting taken to OT by South Alabama as something like 16 point favorites would've been too much. If they would've lost that game I may have sworn off betting!Congrats. Looked shaky for a bit there.
Pet nickname? It's his first name, for chrissake.I don't find it strange that you think his schtick is contrived or even if you think he is an overrated coach. There are tons of coaches (past and present) who a lot of us on this board have felt the exact same way about.
But I don't think I have ever seen anyone post the same obsessive ant-[whichever coach] rants like yours. The fact that you don't like PJ isn't strange at all. How that dissatisfaction has manifested itself is peculiar. You post about him a lot. You have a pet nickname for him. It's kind of weird.

Yeah. What's your point? Not sure what that has to do with the post you quoted...
Just because I wish we were better doesn't mean I hate on everything like you apparently do. I sat through much worse than this. Would you agree that PJ has the team in a better spot in the Big Ten than many of his predecessors did?
The difference between me and you is I am happy with the steps we have taken towards the goal I have for the team even if I am not PJSUPERFAN#1. You, like a lot of people in this state, seem to think that if we haven't hit the destination yet that means the journey is a failure. That is sad and weak and defeatist. It is why Minnesota fans are the worst.
So you enjoy sulking in your pissed off little world making yourself giggle as you call PJ "Phillip" the rest of us will just shake our heads and enjoy the season.
I'm not a Fleck fan but he has been consistent, winning more than at anytime I can remember, his teams are well prepared, well coached. This recruiting class is no different than most of the classes of the last 25 years, not great but certainly not the sky is falling bad, and not that different than Iowa, Wisconsin, Nebraska, or other comparable Big Ten programs. You want to compare Philip to Brewster, Guty, and TC to make yourself feel better, good for you.
Other than 2019, Fleck hasn't done anything worthy of the hype. One outta five years. Big Whoop.
Coyle got worked with the extension as evidenced by the fact that it hasn't helped the poorly rated, incoming class of 22 recruiting.
We'll see what this afternoon brings, but keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed.
