You really have to work hard to give up 26 points to Rutgers when they don’t have their starting tailback!
Turnovers and the offense quiting at halftime doesn't help the DYou really have to work hard to give up 26 points to Rutgers when they don’t have their starting tailback!

I don’t want to call them flukes, but two of those long passes in the first half were kind of wonky too. Rutgers doesn’t make those plays in 9/10 games. The first 3 drives the DC got outcoached by the opposing OC
The rest of the game I thought he did a good job

The first one was like a lazy fly ball in baseball. Very underthrown but our CB never located the ball. The second one should have been offensive PI.I don’t want to call them flukes, but two of those long passes in the first half were kind of wonky too. Rutgers doesn’t make those plays in 9/10 games.
Yeah, there were a lot of disappointing things about that game on Saturday but a big one was how good our secondary made Athan look in the first half. Losing out on those 50/50 battles after being so good in those all year....and the other crazy play from that first half was the 4th down TD.....I still don't know how that ball was not knocked down by Lindenberg....it missed his arms by a fraction of an inch. The first one was like a lazy fly ball in baseball.
