It's sad watching Washington State social media and how the program and its fans have not yet come to grips with their new place in the FBS pecking order. Lots of unrealistic names being tossed out for coaching candidates at a school that was only recently discussing reducing full scholarships to 70, that it expects to be last or second to last in NIL funding in the new poverty PAC, and who went bargain shopping last year for FCS coaches, cutting a million dollars out of the head coaching salary from Dickert who went to Wake. Its probably always been an FBS backwater but if it wasn't clear before, it is now.

No reciprocity, but they have a fairly easy bar for Minnesota students to hit to have tuition reduced $6,000-$8,000 to make it similar (I don't remember the specific dollars or process). Both my daughters toured it 8-10 years ago and one really liked it but didn't attend for other reasons. Easy drive down 35 from the metro, lots of Minnesota kids there, fun college town.
I spent a week in Ames one night when I was in college. Its all a little blurry but I do recall it being a very good time.
