All kidding aside, I don't think it's in the Yankees hands. MLB should ban him for life.

On the Dan Patrick Show, they mentioned there were more viewers of Game 2 in Japan/16 million than the USA/13.8 million.

Yikes. Of course, other than the first few innings at a bar in St Paul, I missed G2. I then went to the Fitz for a concert.

To be somewhat fair, G2 was on Saturday and competing against a lot of football.

True, but that's a major problem for baseball. More people care about football, which is really every day of the week now (though Tue & Wed are pretty limited).

US population is roughly 340 million.
Japan population is roughly 124 million.

Good play by Ohtani. That felt like about the only way he could reach base safely.

Well, for a 5 game series after a 3-0 lead, there was drama, even if was due to the Yanks self inflicted wounds.

No team ever down 3-0 in the World Series has ever even forced a Game 6.

If there's another Ohtani/Judge post-season matchup in the future, hopefully it will live up to the billing.

I had to go on radio silence after the 6th before I got home to catch up on DVR.
Great season keeping it together with that many injuries. Never seen anything like it pitching wise.
