Gopher 572 posted that the Gophers offered Indiana, PA player, Eve Fiala, on the general recruiting page; here's some more info from the Pittsburgh Gazette.

Standing 6 feet 4 inches, Fiala might still get taller. But regardless of whether or not she does, the amount of major Division I schools recruiting her almost assuredly will continue to grow.

Fiala finished her freshman year at Indiana High School last Friday. A day later, she picked up a scholarship offer from Pitt. Fiala’s first offer came from Ohio State last summer, before she even began high school. IUP has extended an offer, as well.

Size alone makes Fiala an intriguing prospect, but when you add in her athleticism and productivity, it’s no wonder why a national power like Maryland is already beginning to recruit her. Fiala, who poured in 31 points in just her second varsity game, had an outstanding freshman season, averaging 16.4 points, 14.5 rebounds and 3.2 blocks a game while helping Indiana reach the WPIAL Class 4A quarterfinals and qualify for the PIAA playoffs.

[...]

Fiala made huge strides from eighth grade to ninth grade, according to Woodall, who said Fiala has developed a nice jump shot and even made her first 3-pointer — “It wasn’t a lucky shot, it was nice,” he said — late in the team’s final game of the season. In that loss to District 3 champion Lancaster Catholic, Fiala had 26 points and 17 rebounds.

Woodall said Fiala’s potential is limitless.

“It depends on how hard she works to get better,” Woodall said. “I look at her and think, ‘Geez, this girl could play anywhere.’ The fact that Ohio State offered her before her freshman year says a lot.”

Other recent offers include Toledo, Oakland, Michigan and Michigan State.

Other offers include Iowa, Mississippi State, Texas Tech, Arizona, DePaul, Wisconsin, Boston College, Missouri

Included in the list above, here is Katy Eidle's post on her offer from MN. She is an AAU teammate of Emily Fisher and has offers from Michigan State, Marquette and Providence.

Another one that I am pretty sure can be added to the list is Logan Nissley, A 5'10 2023 Guard from Bismarck Century HS in North Dakota. Also plays AAU for Minnesota's North Tartan.

I am pretty sure she has an offer but nothing online or publicly confirms if she does or not.

I'd be shocked if she didn't have an offer.

What about Kennedy Sanders? I have not read of anything but it seems like she would be another possibility.

Kennedy should (in my opinion) have an offer. She is one of the smartest guards in the entire state of Minnesota. If I had to venture a guess, a offer will come if Amaya Battle tells them no. I would happily take both but im guessing that is the hold up from offering.

Others MN kids in 2023 that could get an offer from the Gophers after a big summer of AAU would be

-Kennedy Sanders
-Aby Shubert
-Kennedy Klick
-Maren Westin
-Sophi Hall
-Teresa Kiewiet
-Savannah McGowan
-Brynn Beffert

I'm not saying it's likely, but these are the next in line behind the big three of Tessa, NuNu and Woodson.

I really hope Tessa lives up to her potential in college. I watched her older sister, Rae, play through high school and have been following her career at Iowa State. She has regressed quite a bit from her high school form.

I am a huge Kennedy Sanders fan. When I coached I thought the two most important attributes a point guard could possibly have was the ability to see the floor and to break down the defense. She does that!!

These kids seem like mid majors right now. If the gophers want to be in the upper half of the conference they are going to need to identify the type of player they want, in particular length.
I like Tessa, she is an elite player but coming back from a bad injury should be watched closely. NuNu and Woodson are power 5 kids.
More often then not you have to watch a kid play in a big AAU game to get an idea of their strength and weaknesses.

Very true!
