IMO with the gophers limited NIL funds they can’t afford to overlook/undervalue prep recruiting. Old typically wins so yes getting transfers is needed but if they’re less talented it won’t get us the results we desire.

He also said we are a sleeping giant. While we may be behind in the rankings to Wisky and Iowa are we really that far behind? Recruiting isn’t exactly a science. There really isn’t much difference in average recruit ranking.

With the exception of center this is largely the same line as last year yet somehow a lot worse. Is Johnson just not a good center at this point? Would moving him to guard and someone else at center help? Also, not sure I would agree the line is the worst issue after giving up that many yards...
