I think a lot of his dropping has a lot to do with about 4-5 guys whose stock has really increased. A couple of weeks ago, this was thought of as kind of a down draft for OL, now it seems pretty stacked in the first two rounds. We'll see how far he really drops.

You don't want Asuma to be your main threat from the perimeter, but he is a good enough shooter to play in a lineup where Durkin and Crocker-Johnson are at 3/4.

I think Asuma excels as a "point" if he is playing with another guy who can handle the ball. I don't love him as the point guard if he is the only ball handler. I also think regardless of Enis and Evans, we should sign a veteran reserve PG (that other kid from Colorado State maybe?).

100% He is the kind of player who is going to look much different in an offense with movement. He is capable of excelling on and off the ball.

Having shooters on your team opens up everything for everyone else. Having shooters on your team that also rebound and have a 3:1 assist/TO ratio is a huge get. Welcome aboard!

He is really a complete player. He rebounds really well for his size, had a 3:1 assist/TO ratio, shot the ball well and he has enough size to defend a couple positions. This is a big get.

Nico traded him because he didn’t want to pay a superstar. I was not comparing Garcia to Luka, I’m just saying that I’m against the idea - in basketball- that you should spread around your assets for depth.

You’re 100% correct. Garcia is not eligible for another year if you’re calculating a medical exception (his season with 16 games). Garcia is only eligible if everyone is granted an additional year.

He's a skilled 6'10" who moves better than Kapke. If he develops, he could be a really good player. If doesn't develop, he is still a big body. I like Mullholland quite a bit too.

I didn't really care one way or another if kept Thorson but it's hard to scheme a lack of talent and it's nearly impossible to defend when your guards have zero chance of keeping anyone in front of them. That isn't to cut Thorson any slack, it's hard to scheme a great defense with the pieces...

Boden reminded me a lot of Parker Jefferson. You can always use a number of guys who are 6'10"+, but I don't love his game either.
