There's a bit of a conflict when you have upperclassmen transfers with professional hopes playing with freshmen. It was easier keeping them all on the same page last year...when they were all upperclassmen transfers. This should smooth out once our freshmen & recruits become juniors & sophomores.

Well we didn't clarify that this is a Gophers Positivity thread. Much of this thread is positive for all the Badgers, Spartans, and Tommies fans on here. I see the reports of big games from Christie got about 2 'likes'. Many on here don't like to see that.

Xavier was 23-13 and won the NIT the year before Miller took over. Regardless, that has absolutely nothing to do with Coach Johnson's attempt for a ground-up rebuild here.

It IS a few 10 point games right now. And competitive Big Ten play in the last 5 games. If freshmen can do that, they will probably be good players as juniors. And hopefully our higher-rated recruits are ready as sophomores.

I agree with a ground-up rebuild. I can wait...I want to wait and line-up good players at every position. I have patience...as long as progress shows in the freshmen's performance and in recruiting. But most fans don't have patience beyond the current game.
