There are 12 4-stars on the roster right now. 4 are from MN, 1 from ND, and 1 from WI. Currently they have 2 more committed for next year with one of those being from MN.
Yes.
PJ goes after every top in state recruit hard, and lands most of them. BJ doesn't bother if he thinks they are going to have better offers.
Thankfully the last season of BJ is nearly here. Then this nightmare will finally be over and we can hire a real coach.
I think the best part about it is the amount of natural light, and sometimes natural air, that comes through with the glass roof/large glass doors. It doesn't feel like as much of a domed stadium as the other domed stadiums feel.
I also think the Vikings crowd is one of the best in the country.
Naz and KATs 3 point stats from last year were nearly identical. Naz is a better floor spacer for Ant than KAT was.
The Wolves are also losing Slo Mo from the rotation. Randle is an upgrade shooting wise form him, along with several other things. They're essentially replacing KAT/Slo Mo with...
I wasn't arguing that steroids didn't help, they did. My argument is that Bonds, ARod, Clemons, and McGwire were among the best players in that era, with or without steroids, which were in widespread use across the league, and belong in the HOF.
He's too small but scored 21 last night? And I don't know why you keep saying the NBA is now football without pads. That's nonsense when so many players flop around and go to the free throw line because someone breathed on them too much. The physicality of today's NBA is more comparable to a...
I don't think McGwire is even remotely comparable to Hrbek, and the same goes for Morris and Clemons.
McGwire hit 49 HRs in his first full season in the majors. He was an elite HR hitter from the moment he stepped on the field.
Clemons was also an elite strikeout pitcher from the beginning...
Sure they can, but they don't help you make contact with the ball which matters the most.
I think Sosa and Palmiero's case are weaker, so I don't disagree with you there. But you also left out Bonds and ARod.
Bonds, ARod, Clemons, and McGwire should all be in the HOF IMO.
l used to do a detailed one in the past, but just haven't had the time to do it like I used to. I still stay up to date on everything forecasting related though.
I agree with Novak on an active/snowy winter for us. I also think it's coming sooner than people realize with all of the recent warm...
So you're telling me the Wolves will have the money to keep their young core together and potentially add more in the future? Sounds great!
I agree with you on that lineup and on the 3 point shooting. The whole team can shoot the 3, except for Rudy.
KAT didn't play 1/4th of the games last season and the Wolves had a better record. How did they manage that then? The days of needing a true center are long gone, and I've never considered KAT a true center because he's not.
Ant plays better with a more free flowing offense anyways. If Rudy...
Totally disagree. Steroids don't help your eye hand coordination, ability to make contact with the ball, or the ability to hit locations and throw different pitches.
Like I mentioned, more guys were on steroids than not during that era. It wasn't just the HOF'ers, it's just the way it was. You...
