My wife and I are attending an ugly Christmas sweater party tomorrow night organized by the same set of all the parents we "grew up with" together as our kids all played hockey from K-12. The bond is indeed very tight. We still hang out and our kids haven't played together in 8 or more years.

New Mexico is a good matchup for the Gophers and they may indeed win this crappy bowl game. But, the Gophers are the betting favorites and I think that is fair. Either way you are definitely drinking more Lobos kool aid than any person I have come across in my 16 years on this board.

I'm assuming there should be fewer Gopher opt outs compared to recent years considering there aren't many draft prospects on this year's team.

When I said nobody is losing sleep over them not making the playoffs, I wasn't referring to them, their fan base, etc. - wherever in the world they may be.
