From watching his highlight clip he looks more like 175 than 185. Thin as a rail. But very fluid and athletic. I liked seeing him cutting and driving, not just floating. I’m very excited about him and hope he can be one of our key pieces the next 2 years.

For those confused by the tweet, his freshman year was at Little Rock and he transferred to CSU for last season. Nice to see him become a 3PT threat, shooting 35% on 4 attempts per game last season.

He went from shooting 47% (43% 3PT) his sophomore year in 19 minutes per game...to shooting 37% (33% 3PT) this year in 23 minutes per game. I wonder what caused the drop. He did improve his FT% from 80 to 85%.

I’m curious what his handle is on the Hole. He pretends to be an insider but I think he just subscribes to Gophers Illustrated and makes lots of predictions that he pretend are inside info.

I agree on one level that if you are bad at shooting threes, you should shoot fewer of them. However, CBJ also assembled this roster and implemented this offense. I am looking forward to Niko’s offense and roster construction.

I just looked up FT% and we were 337th (at 66.4%), Colorado State was 26th (at 77.5%). Also notable was 3PT shooting rate, CSU shot the 68th most on the season (855 attempts at 36.3%) and we were at 295th (649 attempts at 32.2%).
